VJ The real T got inspired by pictures and images at an early age already. Knowing this, it was only a logical step for her, to get her first camera and start making photo's of her friends, family and the nessecary birthday parties. 

For years she had been doing this with passion and couldn't help finding herself staying up to date with the latest camera-technology. Ofcourse, eventually the birthdayparties had to make way for some more serious ‘photoshoots' like for artists, party organisations and DJ's.

This is where The real T got even more inspiration as the music-virus ‘grabbed' her. She learned that she wanted to entertain the partypeople while they were dancing and hype them even more, with her moving images. There was no way back... Again, The real T updated her technical devices; installed her computer with the correct VJ programmes and VJ The real T was born.

In 2009 she made her first steps into VJ land and into the dutch housescene. Sofar, she's done several gigs at the ‘Melkweg', ‘Escape Venue', Korsakoff', P3 Purmerend and many more.

These days The real T still uses original photo's and artwork made by her ‘old' photocamera, to mix in with her VJ act.
